We are first-contact practitioners and thus, a doctor’s referral is not always necessary. However, on assessment, if indicated medically, we may advise you to consult a doctor. We will explain to you why this might be required.

It includes an assessment of your condition and one therapy session for you to experience the treatment.
This includes a review of the progress of the patient and follow-up treatment(s).
We prefer that you give us about an hour for initial evaluation so that we can assess your condition in greater detail before prescribing a suitable treatment plan. For more straightforward cases, the entire session may take approximately 45 minutes only. Please come 10 minutes before your appointment time for registration.

Unless there are circumstances that are beyond our control, or a patient before you has taken longer than expected, we try to keep to our times so long as our patients keep theirs. For anticipated delays, we will inform you in advance of any changes in schedule.
Please let us know in advance if possible. If we have to attend to other patients who arrive ahead of you, we ask that you wait for your turn.

As you might be put through some exercises, we suggest that you come dressed in a comfortable T-shirt and a pair of track pants. For ladies with long hair, do have it tied up.
You may bring a change of clothes if you are coming in from work.
We aim to provide the best available and appropriate care. If after diagnosis, it is deemed that physiotherapy is not a suitable treatment for your condition, we will advise you accordingly and direct you to the appropriate service provider, whenever necessary.
Physiotherapy is not a standalone practice and exists as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare service chain in Singapore. In the best of your interest, there will be instances where we will need to seek a doctor’s review and advice, or the professional advice of another healthcare discipline, which we will only do with your consent.
